Plus is an educational platform and a philosophy of success. There is a free registry offering free learning content, plus fee based training programmes. The information on Plus can be shared from person to person. If you want to recommend Plus to others, you can use personal recommendation links. After the free registration you can book the training content of the specific "packages" as a customer and also as a business friend. The difference is that as a business friend, you will receive a referral fee if you successfully recommend a paid training package.
Regarding the General Conditions:
- The purchase of a paid Plus training package entitles you to permanent use of the content.
- Cancellation Policy: the purchase of digital products is excluded from exchange. There are no rights of cancellation.
- Plus+ Business Friends recommend Plus+ on an independent basis.
- Persons over the age of 18 can register as Plus+ Business Friends. Younger members require the written consent of a parent.
- Companies can register as Plus+ Business Friends.
- Registration as an independent Plus+ Business Friend is free of charge. Access to a limited Plus+ opportunity is hereby enabled. A Plus+ Business Partner with free status can bring customers to the company aswell as Business Partners introducing them to the entire range Plus+ has to offer.
- A Plus Business Friend with Free status receives remuneration for referring customers and a maximum of 2 other Business Friends.
- The free Plus+ registration can be terminated at any time free of charge by the business partner.
- Communication between Plus+ and its members is available via email and Telegram channels.
- Business Friends who have referred a paid Plus training programme will receive the "active" status.
- Business Partners who have referred a minimum of 2 paid Plus+ training programmes receive the "active-qualified" status.
- Business associates with "actively qualified" status have extended access to the Plus compensation plan.
- There are no monthly qualifications necessary for compensation payment.
- Compensation for referrals of paid Plus+ training programmes will be in Bitcoin only.
- Payment will be made to an e-wallet (digital wallet) upon request of the business associate through the online office.
- The Business Partner is liable for providing accurate e-wallet address details.
- Plus+ assumes no liability or compensation for incorrect or invalid wallet addresses of the Business Partner.
- The Plus+ Business Partner is the sole owner of his Plus+ Business Partner account.
- The Plus+ Business Partner may bequeath or transfer or sell his Plus+ Business Partner Account.
- The Plus+ Partner may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, all claims arising from the compensation plan and against Plus+ shall expire.
- If the Plus+ Partner wishes to re register with Plus+, a waiting period of 90 days shall apply.
- Plus+ reserves the right to terminate the partnership with a Plus+ Business Partner for good cause. Important reasons are violations of the GTC as well as deliberate damage to the company or the community.
- Plus+ assumes no liability for the content and accuracy of the information in the registration and profile information of Plus+ Business Associates.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any disagreement or dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by international law. The place of jurisdiction is Panama City.
Final Clauses
The contractual languages are German, English and Spanish. Plus+ reserves the right to make changes to websites, rules and regulations, terms and conditions including the general terms and conditions at any time.
The invalidity of any clause shall not affect the validity of the other clauses in the contract.
